About The Role
We are looking for Night Life Practitioners to join our team at Suillean House in Sleaford.
We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Life Practitioner to support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. Your role will involve helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting with daily activities and accompanying them on community trips.
We provide a company vehicle for transporting service users to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the vehicle, you must have held a full UK driver's license or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.

Responsibilities include:

* Assisting with practical tasks like cooking and cleaning.
* Building positive relationships with dignity and respect.
* Meeting physical, emotional, behavioral, and cultural needs.
* Maintaining accurate records and reviewing needs regularly.
* Contributing to team development.
