Role: Customer Care Advisor
Location: Thorpe Park, Leeds, LS15 8GB (with hybrid working when competent)

* Tuesday, 22nd July 2025 at 10:00 AM
* Wednesday, 23rd July 2025 at 1:00 PM

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week. During training - Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.00pm. After training, hours will be between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday, with one in 4 Saturday mornings (8.30am-1pm).

What you’ll be doing?
* Assisting customers with a wide range of enquiries regarding their accounts and orders
* Collaborating with key teams across the business (Surgery, Dispensing, Dispatch & Pharmacist teams) and taking ownership of customer issues to see them through to full resolution
* Calling new customers to welcome them to the service and gather necessary information to deliver excellent service
* Accurately updating customer account details using core systems (CDB, Sprinklr), Excel, and Outlook
* Responding to customer enquiries via telephone, email, live chat, and social media
* Handling various back-office processes to deliver our services
* Maintaining a fun, relaxed, and friendly workplace environment
Who are we looking for?
* Excellent customer care skills, comfortable handling high call volumes
* Numerate and IT literate (familiar with MS Office and quick to learn new systems)
* Driven, proactive, and able to demonstrate initiative
* Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
* Comfortable in a busy call centre environment
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* High accuracy in work
* Experience working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
