As Leader in Mathematics, you will:
* Lead and develop the Mathematics curriculum, ensuring it is engaging, challenging, and aligned with national standards.
* Drive student achievement by analysing data, implementing interventions, and setting high expectations for progress and behaviour.
* Support and mentor colleagues, sharing best practice and leading professional development within the Maths faculty.
* Contribute strategically to departmental planning, resource development, and assessment policies.
* Collaborate across the school to promote numeracy and cross‑curricular learning.
