As a Primary School Teacher, you will inspire young learners through creative teaching, tailored support, and a commitment to inclusive education. You’ll work closely with staff and families to ensure pupils are progressing both academically and emotionally. Primary Teacher Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum. Support students in reaching their academic and developmental milestones. Foster a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment. Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing timely feedback and interventions. Collaborate with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and parents to support all learners. Encourage curiosity, confidence, and resilience in pupils. What we need from a Primary Teacher: Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification Experience teaching in EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 across UK primary schools. Strong understanding of primary curriculum and assessment standards. Excellent behaviour management and interpersonal skills. A nurturing, creative, and adaptable teaching style. Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
