Job Description:
* Conduct outbound calls to businesses to confirm and update information related to their current communications and broadband infrastructure.
* Engage with key decision-makers to discuss their existing providers, packages, and identify any service challenges or requirements.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all conversations and data within the CRM system.
* Meet daily and weekly targets for data collection and lead qualification.
* Provide detailed feedback and reports on market insights and client needs to the management team.
* Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance communication techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
* Excellent verbal communication skills and an approachable, professional phone manner.
* Ability to confidently engage with business owners and decision-makers.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data recording.
* Target-oriented mindset with resilience and a positive attitude.
* Previous experience in telemarketing or sales preferred, but not essential.

Benefits & Compensation:
* Basic salary: £23,809.50
* OTE: £28,000
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 day for every year of service, plus your birthday off
