Who We're Looking For: We welcome candidates who have experience in: SEND / SEN schools, specialist provisions, or alternative settings Care environments, residential care, or youth support roles You must be confident and experienced in supporting children with a range of additional needs and be able to adapt to varied and dynamic classroom environments. Essential Skills & Experience: Candidates should have hands-on experience with: Visual aids and communication tools (e.g., PECs, visual timetables, Makaton desirable) Moving & handling procedures Personal care duties Tracheostomy care (training/experience essential or desirable depending on placement) Medication administration PEG feeding The Role: You will work alongside teachers and therapists to support pupils with complex needs, including physical disabilities, communication challenges, sensory needs, and severe learning difficulties. Your role will involve classroom support, 1:1 work, delivering structured interventions, and ensuring pupils' safety and well-being.
