Tradewind Recruitment are working with a busy and welcoming school in Flint who are looking for an experienced School Administrator to join their team on a long-term, full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong SIMS experience, outstanding organisational skills, and a professional, approachable manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the school's front office; first point of contact for staff, parents, and visitors
Use SIMS daily to maintain pupil records, attendance, and reports
Handle calls, emails, and general correspondence
Support SLT with administrative and clerical tasks
Assist with admissions, safeguarding files, and data management
Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the school office
Requirements:
Essential: Experience using SIMS in a school environment
Strong IT, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Professional and friendly approach
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
