What you'll be doing
Building and growing relationships
* Acquire new business clients who will benefit from our proven marketing and design services.
* Nurture and grow an existing portfolio of satisfied clients.
* Build genuine rapport and maintain relationships.
* Identify growth opportunities and help clients maximise their investment.
Managing the client journey
* Use our CRM systems to track opportunities, manage and develop relationships.
* Respond promptly to inbound leads and quotation requests.
* Oversee customer orders from initial conversation through to delivery.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional client service.
Championing the business
* Represent us at face-to-face meetings and networking events.
* Be an ambassador for our brand and our clients’ success stories.
* Develop new business relationships across the local area.
* Take ownership of day-to-day client management.
What you will bring

* Previous sales, business development, or account management experience, but we focus on attitude before experience.
* Background in advertising, media, or publishing.
* Existing local business network.
