TEMP TO PERM ROLE**
We are recruiting for GENERAL OPERATIVES for our client in Hereford who are a global provider of heat treatment and thermal processing. With training provided along with career progression, the position is of an immediate start working a continental shift.
Duties Include:
Machine setting and operation
Planning efficient loading and unloading of equipment
Supporting preventative maintenance activities
Ensuring site is kept secure at all times
Reporting deficiencies/faults in equipment performance
Relaying to management of any problems or opportunities as they arise Benefits:

Overtime available at Time and a Half Shifts:
3 week shift pattern of days and nights averaging at 39 hours per week.
Days 7am-7pm (Monday to Friday)
Nights 7pm-7am (Monday to Friday) Pay Rate:
£13.98 per hour
£20.97 per hour for any overtime hours over standard weekly shift Benefits of working for The Best Connection Group Ltd include:
