The role |
As a junior front of house manager, you'll be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support in coaching and developing your team, owning your shifts to enhance individual and restaurant performance.
We are looking for someone who:
* Is passionate about supporting their team and maintaining high standards
* Is prepared to run shifts, plan schedules, and coach on the go
* Understands managing labor and rotas, and is eager to learn about restaurant financials
