Tulloch Homes (part of The Springfield Group) currently have a vacancy for a Design Project Manager to join our Homes Division based in Inverness. We are looking for a self motivated, driven and organised individual to manage and coordinate the pre-development phase of taking developments through planning and warrant to live operation. The candidate requires to work to deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail and a pro-active approach to ensure Developments are fully prepared for site start. Key Responsibilities of the role include: · Management of Pre-Development Delivery · Coordination of key stakeholders internally and externally to meet key project deadlines · Manage key consultants (engineers, architects, etc) to obtain consents/warrants/purified conditions in a timely and cost effective manner Support to the commercial, construction and sales and marketing team Assist with the production of all site project information and schedules and act as the Design Lead for THL The ideal candidate will have experience of working in the house building industry and a strong understanding of the planning and warrant process Engineering experience is also welcomed. The successful candidate will: Be educated to SCQF Level 7 or have relevant knowledge and experience Have experience of working in the house building industry Have a strong understanding of the planning and warrant process A full UK driving licence is a requirement In return we offer a competitive performance package including private healthcare and the opportunity to join a progressive company.
