Purpose of Job
The Analyst is responsible for completing operational tasks across middle and back office functions, interfacing with Banking Origination, Portfolio Management, Procurement, and Treasury teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage payee onboarding, ensure timely funding and execution of payments, and oversee transaction settlement.
Background
Maintain accurate payee data, ensure proper funding and settlement, and oversee payment process governance and risk management.
Operational Tasks
Execute processes, meet operational metrics, respond to queries, communicate risks, support team training, and ensure service levels.
Standards & Governance
Maintain quality standards, support control environment improvements, comply with policies, and identify efficiency enhancements.
Service & Third-Party Management
Adhere to service levels, collaborate with teams, and manage external relationships.
Stakeholder Engagement
Work with colleagues to meet operational outcomes, influence positively, manage backlogs, and promote operational excellence.
Qualifications & Skills
University education or equivalent experience, banking/credit expertise, treasury knowledge, system familiarity, communication skills, and a collaborative attitude.
