👩🏫 What You'll Do as a Senior Nursery Room Leader
* Champion our Bee Curious curriculum, a unique, child-led approach that sparks imagination and discovery.
* Ensure educational strategies and practices are consistent across multiple rooms.
* Lead the planning and delivery of activities, adapting the curriculum to meet diverse needs.
* Mentor and develop Room Leaders, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
* Oversee wellbeing and safeguarding, providing tailored support for children with additional needs.
* Build strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed about their child’s development.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding protocols across the centre.
🧠 Are You the Ideal Candidate?
* Holds a Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years Education.
* Brings hands-on experience in an early years setting, ideally in a leadership role such as Senior Nursery Room Leader, Manager, or Practitioner.
* Demonstrates strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
