We're looking for a Commercial Support Assistant to provide vital administrative and technical support to our commercial team. What You'll Do Support the Bids & Tender Executive with document preparation and tender responses. Maintain our Commercial SharePoint library and ensure accurate records. Assist with supplier and customer questionnaires, pricing comparisons, and data input. Help manage the Sales Support & Admin ticketing system. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Carry out general admin tasks such as creating accounts and updating contracts. What We're Looking For Essential: Previous experience in administration, customer service, or office support. Confident using Microsoft Office (Word & Excel). Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Clear communication skills and willingness to learn.
