Vehicle Damage Assessor Vacancy - Redhill
We are currently recruiting for the position of Estimator / VDA on behalf of a reputable automotive business based in Redhill, Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with relevant experience to join a well-established team and progress within the motor trade.

Duties:
5. Conduct vehicle estimates and VDA work in line with manufacturer guidelines
6. Collaborate with the owner and a small team to ensure smooth workflow
7. Upsell additional services and insurance products where appropriate
8. Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service
9. Adapt and respond to various project or repair requirements
Requirements:
10. Previous experience as an Estimator or VDA within the automotive sector
11. Knowledge of vehicle repair procedures and estimating systems
12. Strong communication skills and attention to detail
13. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
14. Minimum of a few years relevant experience in a similar role
