As Logistics Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering operational excellence across our logistics network. Key responsibilities include: Leading and developing a high-performing team, fostering a culture of safety and engagement. Driving effective communication across leadership teams to ensure performance expectations and goals are met. Championing a behavioural-based safety culture with a focus on best-in-class safety standards. Ensuring compliance with all transport legislation including Tachograph laws and the Road Traffic Act. Monitoring performance against KPIs and budgetary targets, implementing improvements as needed. Overseeing fleet operations to ensure vehicles are maintained and service schedules are met.
