Key Responsibilities:

* Support the class teacher by organising learning materials and preparing the classroom.
* Help maintain a safe and positive environment during class, lunch, and playtime.
* Be a consistent, positive role model for all students in the school.
* Help manage behaviour and encourage children to respect school rules.
