The ability to manage time effectively is paramount to handle multiple competing demands. Full training will be provided during induction; prior experience with any electronic system is beneficial but not required.

Note: This role is not eligible for sponsorship unless you meet criteria by temporary exemption from current changes to immigration rules introduced on 22/07/2025. Separate provisions apply to workers who have been sponsored and held a Skilled Worker visa since prior to 04/04/2024.

* Contribute to the continuing development of systems and the realisation of their benefits.
* Support the provision and management of training sessions across the organisation and provide a support service to queries related to the systems managed.
* Act as change agents and champions of the system, encouraging and supporting Trust staff with electronic recording.

Qualifications and Experience

* Previous experience of working on a Helpdesk or in a Customer Service setting is desirable.
* The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Problem solving skills and strong attention to detail.
* Applicants with direct experience of mental health, learning disability or drug and alcohol services are encouraged to apply; experience outside the NHS will be considered for salary calculation on appointment.

Additional Information

* All positions within the Trust are subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks. For details, visit the NHS Employers website (www.nhsemployers.org).
* The Trust mandates enrolment in the DBS Update Service for roles requiring a DBS. A fee of £16 per year applies while employed with GMMH.
* We are committed to representing diverse communities and removing barriers to employment for candidates from under-represented groups (e.g., BAME, Disabled, LGBT+).
* If you would like to discuss recruitment process or require additional support, we would love to hear from you.

AI Disclaimer and Sponsorship

Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in job applications is monitored. The assessment considers the application as a whole and AI-generated content may not fully reflect the job requirements.

We are an approved sponsor for the Skilled Worker visa. Sponsorship eligibility varies by role. Review the UK Government list of eligible roles and salary requirements. Your offer may be withdrawn if the role is not eligible for sponsorship or you cannot evidence your right to work in the UK.

The Home Office changes from 22/07/2025 may impact the health and care sector; please familiarise yourself with these changes.

* Pay enhancements: 30% for evenings (8pm onwards) and Saturdays; 60% for Sundays and bank holidays.
* 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising to 29 after 5 years and 33 after 10 years.
* Excellent pension, cycle to work scheme, salary sacrifice car scheme, wellbeing programme, and Blue Light Card discounts.
