* Qualified Solicitor
* Previous experience in conveyancing or property law
* Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities
* Highly organised with attention to detail
* Proactive problem-solver, able to work well under pressure
* Familiarity with conveyancing software is an advantage
