Role Description
This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, based in Marlow, with the flexibility for part‑time remote work. The primary responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospective clients, and maintaining existing client partnerships. The role will involve creating sales presentations, negotiating contracts, analysing market trends, and contributing to the company's growth strategy. Additionally, the successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams to align business development goals with operational capabilities.
Qualifications
* Proven business development skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management
* Experience with market analysis, sales strategy development, and contract negotiation
* Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and adapt to hybrid working environments
* Familiarity with precision sheet metal and fabrication industries is a strong advantage
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
* Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
