As one of our Bentley apprentices, you will combine practical experience with classroom learning to achieve a Level 2 Wood Manufacturing Operative qualification. You will play a significant part in our business as we continue on this exciting journey to deliver extraordinary vehicles for our customers. Based out of our state-of-the-art headquarters in Crewe, you will:

What you’ll be doing:
As a Wood Shop Apprentice you will be working where the interior is crafted, making beautiful parts that are admired within the automotive industry for not only its wood veneered finishes but also metal, carbon fibre, painted and stone finishes. Working alongside and being mentored by industry leading professionals you will play a significant role in creating extraordinary luxury interiors that excite our customers and are the benchmark for sustainable interiors.
Your main responsibilities include:
* Develop skills in woodworking and craftsmanship, learning to create detailed and high-quality interior components that meet Bentley's luxury standards using wood and other materials
* Gain experience with advanced woodworking techniques and tools, including sanding, veneer application, and finishing processes
* Collaborate on innovative processes, contributing to the creation of bespoke interiors that reflect Bentley's commitment to luxury and innovation
About the Department:
The Apprentice positions sit within the wider Manufacturing department. Our goal in Manufacturing is to deliver an extraordinary journey for our customers, inspiring them with a magical fusion of craftsmanship, innovation and sustainability. Our purpose includes our Bentley factory, which is the first luxury car factory in the world to be certified carbon-neutral. As part of our journey to electrification, we’re investing in our site to create a Dream Factory; a world leading, next generation digital, low environmental impact, advanced manufacturing facility.

North Lancs Training Group Requirements: Maths and English GCSE at Grade 4 (C) minimum or above
