Client Coordinator – Join a Friendly, Growing Accountancy Team!
Are you highly organised, good with people, and confident using cloud-based systems? Yorkshire Accountancy in Cottingham is looking for a Client Coordinator to help keep clients happy and the team running smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone with accountancy practice experience who enjoys variety — from onboarding new clients and managing queries to helping with proposals and a bit of marketing.

The Role
* Onboard new clients — AML/ID checks, engagement letters, welcome emails, and system setup.
* Manage the client support inbox, tracking and assigning queries.
* Keep communication flowing between bookkeeping, payroll, accounts, and tax.
* Maintain accurate client information in our systems.
* Chase client approvals for accounts and returns.
* Support directors with proposals and follow-ups.
* Coordinate marketing — post on social media, send newsletters, and gather client feedback.
The main systems are Client Engager (cloud-based) and TaxCalc (desktop) — experience with either would be a huge advantage.
About You
* Previous experience in an accountancy practice is essential.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Confident using cloud software and comfortable learning new systems.
* Friendly, reliable, and proactive — someone who enjoys getting things done.
* Some marketing or social media experience would be a plus (not essential).

* Hours: 20–25 per week
* Pay: £13.50–£16.00 per hour (depending on experience)
* Location: Cottingham, East Yorkshire
