The Role
The post holder is required to provide a full administrative and secretarial service to a multi disciplinary team including the management of information systems and the co-ordination of the clinical referral system.
The post holder will provides continuity of service delivery and efficient communication links with internal and external agencies.
The post holder is required to work as part of the departmental team but also requires to work alone using her/his own initiative and flexibility in the daily decision making on behalf the department.

What we'll need you to bring
1. RSA3/SVQ3/NC in Secretarial Studies or equivalent.
2. Proficient IT Skills which include a working knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
3. Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and work on own initiative.
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
5. Excellent time management skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure.
7. Minimum requirement of two years secretarial experience in an equivalent position.
Please note for all vacancies where a driving licence is required this must be a full UK/EU/EEA licence.
It would be great if you also have
8. Possess or be working towards ECDL or equivalent
9. Previous experience in health care/social care setting
10. Experience of handling sensitive information
