Embark on the clinical adventure of a lifetime. We are seeking a dynamic registered nurse for a permanent position, tasked with delivering exceptional 1:1 care to an 80-year-old VIP principal.
This role entirely redefines the nursing environment, taking you from traditional wards to magnificent private estates and a world-class superyacht.
Your new routine will involve sailing the most exclusive Mediterranean coastlines, with an itinerary featuring Monaco, Greece, Ibiza, the Côte d’Azur, Mallorca, Marbella, and the Algarve.
While you enjoy unparalleled luxury travel, your clinical focus must remain sharp.
You will be fully responsible for overseeing daily medication management, conducting meticulous chronic condition monitoring, and executing high-level medical coordination.
You will never face these duties alone; our strict staffing policy mandates double-nurse shifts, ensuring you are constantly paired with another RN.
Furthermore, your practice will be guided by an esteemed Western-Trained Lead Doctor and supported by expert Western-Trained Physiotherapists.
Requirements
1. A fully Western-accredited 4-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
2. A minimum of 4 years of recent, high-intensity experience in acute hospital settings (such as the ER or ICU).
3. Exceptional English language fluency (Native speaker or certified C1 Advanced).
4. Complete availability and enthusiasm for continuous, unrestricted international travel.

Requirements
Medical degree from the UK, Ireland, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand. Minimum 5+ years post-specialisation. Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine preferred. Fluent English essential. Private medicine, concierge medicine, executive health, remote medicine, travel medicine, or yacht medicine experience strongly preferred. High discretion, clinical autonomy, and international travel flexibility required.
