Job Title: Ecom Manager (Amazon & eBay)
Thirsk (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite)
£45,000 – £50,000 + 10% Bonus

We’re partnered exclusively with a high-growth consumer business backed by a major group, now looking for a hands-on Ecom Manager to take ownership of Amazon and build eBay from the ground up.
The Amazon account is already a multi-million-pound channel, but revenue has dipped since losing an experienced manager so this role has real impact from day one. You’ll stabilise performance, drive growth, and shape the future of the marketplace function.
What you’ll be doing
* Own and grow a high-volume Amazon account (Seller Central)
* Optimise PPC, SEO, listings, CRO, Buy Box and profitability
* Build the eBay channel from scratch
* Work with Ops, Marketing and Leadership to drive commercial performance
* Initially manage one person, with the opportunity to grow the team
What we’re looking for
* Proven success managing and scaling Amazon accounts (ideally £5–10M+)
* Demonstrable achievements: revenue growth, ROAS improvement, ranking wins
* Experience building or scaling marketplace channels
* Hands-on, commercially minded, and motivated by ownership
* Commutable to Thirsk 3 days a week
