Youll be the right hand to the talented and experience Executive Pastry Chef - the steady, skilled presence who keeps standards razor-sharp while nurturing a talented brigade. Someone who can balance artistry with organisation, and precision with genuine warmth.
What youll be doing:
Leading day-to-day pastry & bakery operations across all outlets
Inspiring and developing a passionate, professional team
Owning creativity: from petit gteaux to celebration pieces
Managing bespoke dietary and VIP requests with finesse
Working closely with culinary & service teams to deliver seamless hospitality
Upholding a refined, calm, disciplined kitchen culture
Who you are:
Experienced at very Senior/Executive Pastry level in luxury 5* hotels (Michelin environment/private members experience a plus)
Strong technically across pastry, bakery, chocolate and showpieces
A natural leader with high standards and a people-first mindset
Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, multi-outlet 5* setting
Passionate, precise and genuinely proud of what you produce
