We’re looking for a Learning & Development Partner to join our Laser HR team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of talent across our business. Reporting into the Head of HR for Laser, you’ll lead the strategy, design, and delivery of L&D initiatives, with a strong focus on our Early Careers Programme and supporting management development. This is a blended role — 50% design, 50% delivery — where you’ll create impactful apprenticeship programmes while maintaining and enhancing our existing training and development projects. Please note that role is based out of our Worcester office with national travel.
