Finance Assistant Location: Bolton Full-time(35 hours per week, Monday to Friday) We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join a busy Finance Department of a well regarded organisation based in Bolton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous finance or accounts experience to contribute to a professional and friendly team environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain purchase ledgers, process invoices and ensure accurate financial coding and authorisation. Prepare and process BACS payment runs and reconcile supplier statements. Manage billing and credit control for specific services Assist with the billing and other miscellaneous charges. Process petty cash, staff expenses and credit card transactions. Provide regular financial reports to budget holders and assist with queries. Support other members of the finance team as required. About You Experience working in a finance or accounts role. Confident with purchase ledger and billing processes. Strong numerical and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
