We are recruiting aFinance Assistantto join a busy finance team supporting day-to-day financial operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and administrative experience who enjoys working with numbers and supporting a team.
You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing documentation, and assisting the Finance Supervisor with daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Process and record purchase invoices and payments accurately
* Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining financial and administrative records
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve basic invoice queries
* Update spreadsheets and assist with reporting as required
* Support the preparation of purchase orders and payment runs
* Respond to internal and external finance queries
* Provide general administrative support to the finance team
* Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies and financial procedures
