We support leading companies across Europe in hiring top talent within Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Software Engineering.
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant (m/f/d) who will take over existing client relationships, grow key accounts, and develop new business opportunities.
Your Responsibilities
* Take over and further develop existing key accounts in the tech sector
* Build and maintain additional client relationships across Europe
* Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies for specialized roles
* Actively source, engage, and manage top technical talent via LinkedIn & networks
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from requirement analysis to successful placement
* Collaborate closely with our sourcing and marketing teams to support lead generation and project execution
Your Profile
* 3–4+ years of experience as an Agency Recruiter / 360° Consultant, ideally in tech recruitment
* Proven track record in client acquisition, business development, and key account management
* German language skills (C1+) are mandatory
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Independent, structured work style in a remote environment
* Based anywhere in Europe (timezone ±2 hours CET)
