About Our Company

About The Role
We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our production team as Stoll Machine Operators. You'll be operating Stoll knitting machines to deliver top-quality textile products in line with production plans and customer expectations.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include
* Following the Camira Code of Conduct and adhering to all quality, health & safety, environmental, and data protection standards
* Producing fabrics in line with agreed specifications
* Performing quality checks to ensure only the highest standard of product is delivered
* Maintaining Stoll machines to ensure efficient and continuous operation
* Participating in daily handover meetings to ensure smooth shift transitions
* Conducting machine changeovers as required by the production process
Other Considerations
* Basic data input required
* Previous experience with continuous improvement processes is a plus
* A background in production or machine operation would be beneficial
* A methodical and detail-oriented approach is essential
Shift Pattern
This role operates on a rotating 3-week shift pattern:
* Week 1: Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:00
* Week 2: Monday to Friday, 14:00-22:00
* Week 3: Sunday to Thursday, 22:00-06:00
