My client are a leading specialist in Industrial Automation Solutions.
Due to an internal promotion, my client is now looking for a driven and commercially minded Regional Sales Manager to take responsibility of their existing accounts and developing future business within South Wales.

Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow sales across South Wales.
* Develop a strong understanding of the company’s product portfolio, services, and value proposition.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers, including distributors, OEMs, and end users.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and increase profitability.
* Deliver product presentations, technical support, and solutions tailored to customer needs.
* Work closely with internal teams, including technical support, customer service, and marketing, to ensure seamless customer experience.
Skills and Experience:
* Proven background within the Industrial Automation and/ or Electrical sector.
* Candidates will have experience in an Engineering or Sales capacity
* Must have a UK driving license and be based in South Wales
