A bit about the role
Enable the effective running of the team by providing proactive, high-quality administrative and coordination support.
Part time role (4 days per week)
What you’ll be doing
* Manage administrative support for the Tech & Data function, including scheduling meetings and regular 1:1s.
* Proactively manage diaries for the Tech & Data Leadership team, coordinating meetings with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
* Support the planning and coordination of departmental meetings, team events, and ad‑hoc sessions.
* Handle travel bookings for team members.
* Raise and manage purchase orders, goods receipting, and resolve invoice queries.
* Maintain and update IT budget tracking spreadsheets.
* Process new supplier requests (SAP).
* Liaise with HR on starters and leavers and onboarding processes.
* Manage contractor onboarding/offboarding and extensions via ServiceNow.
* Provide ad‑hoc administrative support as required.
What experience we’re looking for
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience in diary and stakeholder management.
* Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role.
* Working knowledge of relevant company processes and systems.
