What You'll Do
* Service, repair and improve: Performing repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles using Tesla specific software and advanced tools, with or without supervision according to skill level.
* Ensure top quality: Fix it right the first time and inspect vehicles diligently before return and pre‑delivery to maintain the highest quality standards.
* Collaborate: Work across teams (local and regional) sharing support and best practices to improve the service experience.
* Develop: Receive training from dedicated in‑house training teams on Tesla technology and the repair of electric vehicles.
What You’ll Bring
* Professional experience performing vehicle service and repairs in automotive, aviation, marine or similar industries
* Relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs (not mandatory but preferred)
* Ability to self‑manage technical expertise development
* Good communication skills – speak and write English well and convey points clearly and respectfully
* Full UK driver’s license
* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, mornings, evenings, and to travel for mobile repairs when needed
