* Shifts Mon-Fri: 8 hours, 5 days: 6am-2pm, 5 days: 10pm-6am (nights -shifts start Sunday) 5 days: 2pm-10pm and the rotation starts again

Due to continued expansion, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our Petcare brand at Castle Cary as a Packing Operator.
Job purpose
Efficiently run packing machines in the factory to meet the production plan. The packing operator will also play a pivotal role in identifying and delivering continuous improvement projects within the packing hall.
What are we looking for?
* Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work collaboratively with colleagues.
* Ability to accurately update data via computerised systems
* Excellent attention to detail
* Driver's license is essential
* Experience in a factory environment desirable
