Our client is looking for a People Partner to provide strategic and operational HR support across a diverse organisation. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to deliver effective people solutions, build strong working relationships, and support managers in creating high-performing, engaged teams.
The role involves advising on a wide range of employee relations matters, workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, organisational change, and employee engagement initiatives.
Candidate Qualifications
* CIPD level 5 or equivalent
* HR Generalist background
* Strong employment law knowledge
* Solutions focussed driven professional
* Excellent building strong stakeholder relations
