Finishing Manager - Super Prime Residential
• Wentworth Estate, Surrey
• £250 to £275 per day
• Start: Nov 24th 2025
• Contract: Until March 2026
A principle contractor has a requirement for a Finishing Manager for the fit out phase of a bespoke property in the Wentworth Estate.
They are looking to successfully complete the fit out of 2,500 sq. ft basement to an extremely high finish.
Your experience and qualifications required should include:
• Super prime residential experience with a great eye for detail and finish.
• Good communication and diplomatic skills as regular contact with end client
• Able to demonstrate commitment and reliability
• 1st Aid / CSCS / SMSTS or SSSTS
• Preferably with a carpentry qualification or minimum 5 years carpentry / joinery experience.
• Recent reference required.
Project is due for completion in March 2026, however the contractor has other projects in the area so there may be more work
