Overview
We are looking for an experienced M&E Recruitment Resourcer to join a thriving team specialising in blue-collar contract and perm roles across the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) sector.
If you' have experience as a Recruitment Resourcer, within either, construction, engineering, or M&E trades, this is your chance to build on that experience, learn from high-billing recruiters, and take your career to the next level.
The Role
You'll be sourcing and engaging skilled M&E trades across the contractor market, supporting both candidates and consultants. Every day, you'll connect with blue-collar talent across the UK, including:
Pipe fitters
Pipe Welders
Site Welders (MMA / FCAW / TIG)
Installation / Approved Electricians
Electrical Improvers
Mechanical Fitters
Electrical & Mechanical Mates
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and select candidates using job boards, Linked In, databases, and adverts
Conduct interviews and match candidates to the right M&E contract roles
Write compelling job adverts that stand out in a competitive market
Build long-term candidate relationships, providing support throughout the process
Share market intelligence to help spot new opportunities and trends
What You'll Bring
Proven experience as a recruitment resourcer or consultant, ideally within M&E, construction, or engineering
Confidence in candidate engagement and interview processes
Strong communication and organisational skills
Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced market
