Your Day-to-Day
Your day begins with a clear digital schedule, where each job is pre-booked and waiting for you. You’ll be responsible for:
* Routine servicing
* Diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment
* In-depth repairs typically done in a workshop
* Providing member advice and recommendations based on your inspections
* Conducting vehicle safety checks aligned with RAC standards
With no emergency callouts or unpredictable shifts, you’ll have the time and tools to deliver quality work. From day one, you’ll be equipped with a fully stocked RAC van, fuel card, uniform, and advanced diagnostics tools.

What You’ll Need
* Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles
* A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
