This is a varied role where no two days are the same, you’ll be working across purchase ledger, sales ledger, reconciliations, and supporting wider finance administration. Key Responsibilities * Support Accounts Receivable and Credit Control * Assist with Purchase Ledger processes * Post daily cash transactions and complete reconciliations * Handle supplier and customer queries (phone and email) * Prepare reports and manage day-to-day admin tasks * Provide office support and team cover when needed * Get involved in finance system improvements and process enhancements What We’re Looking For * Previous experience in an accounts assistant/finance assistant role (or strong desire to develop in this area) * Confident in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of Business Central, Dynamics GP, or QuickBooks is a bonus) * Organised and able to prioritise tasks in a busy environment * A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach * Proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic with a willingness to learn What’s On Offer * Competitive salary of £25,000 – £28,000 per year * Full-time, Monday to Friday schedule * Great exposure to different areas of finance * Supportive team environment with development opportunities Ready to take the next step in your finance career?
