Multi-Trade Plumber- Reactive Maintenance (Social Housing)
Location: North & East London
Pay Rate: £23 per hour (CIS or Umbrella PAYE)
Job Type: Temp to Permanent
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Trade Plumber to join a busy reactive maintenance team working within the social housing sector. This is an excellent temp-to-permanent opportunity offering long-term, stable work.
The Role
The successful candidate will be carrying out reactive maintenance and day-to-day repairs within occupied social housing properties across North &East London and surrounding areas.
Duties Include:
1. Plumbing repairs and maintenance
2. Basic multi-trade works including:CarpentryTilingPatch plasteringPainting & decorating
3. Reactive maintenance and fault finding
4. Working in occupied properties
5. Delivering high standards of workmanship and customer service
Requirements:
6. NVQ in Plumbing or relevant trade qualification
7. Previous experience within social housing/reactive maintenance
8. Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
9. Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
10. Good communication and customer service skills
