An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Cluster Reservation & Events Supervisor. You will be based at our Holiday Inn Bristol City centre and assist the Revenue, Reservations & Events Sales Manager for 3 properties (Bristol City Centre, Bristol Airport and Cardiff Airport). You will have the opportunity to join a developing employer who has the passion and drive to deliver first class service and a quality employee experience.
This role is very hands' on and will require you to assist the CRRE Manager to oversee the day to day operations of our Revenue, Reservations & Events Sales Team. You'll ensure that all our clients' meetings and events run smoothly - acting as both brand ambassador and trusted partner. You'll connect internal teams to deliver a seamless experience for planners, hosts and meeting attendees. You will be vital in driving our brand standards forward and implementing changes to assist in providing profit growth whilst ensuring that our guests receives a true hospitality that our hotels believe in.
