What We Expect
* Responsible for handling inbound enquiries and managing our bookings systems
* Communicating with our clientele daily via phone/email/social media platforms.
* Meeting customer needs and maximising venue earning potential.
* Working alongside the venue and operations team to ensure clear communication.
* Delving into pro-active sales and outreach when required to identify and contact potential corporate customers.
* Based at The Office, LS16 – You must be able to reliably commute.
