Job Description
* Provide expert advice on employee benefits to internal stakeholders across the group, including pensions, healthcare, maternity leave, and wellbeing initiatives.
* Deliver engaging presentations and communications to employees via site visits, webinars, and virtual meetings to boost awareness and participation.
* Manage relationships with external benefits providers, supporting procurement activities like tenders, contract renewals, and supplier performance monitoring.
* Support the administration and reporting of benefits schemes, ensuring compliance with legal and payroll regulations.
* Analyse benefits data to measure impact, identify trends, and recommend improvements aligned with business and employee needs.
* Collaborate with HR, payroll, procurement, and shared services teams to continuously review and enhance benefits policies and processes.
* Assist with project management and employee queries to ensure smooth delivery and positive employee experience.
The Successful Applicant
The Ideal candidate will have the following:
* Proven experience in employee benefits advisory, HR, or payroll functions, with strong knowledge of benefits administration, compliance and taxable benefits.
* Proven experience in benefits administration
* Proven experience in supporting with employee benefits, including both internally provided and externally procured benefits.
* Skilled communicator, comfortable engaging colleagues at all levels both face-to-face and virtually.
* Strong analytical abilities, confident in working with data to inform decisions and demonstrate ROI.
* Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, including working with procurement and suppliers.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and innovative, with solid project management experience.
