They will undertake a structured and analytical process to assess training needs and develop tailored training solutionsforformaldelivery.Thisincludesproducinghigh-qualitytrainingmaterialbasedonastrong understanding of learning principles, the effective use of learning technologies, skills development, behavioural change, and the requirements of instructors.
