As a Cornerstone Lead (Associate Director)
In this role, you will have responsibility for the following:
* Actively contribute to the growth of the business by identifying and delivering sales opportunities.
* Lead pre‑sales opportunities and drive business development in Cornerstone and SkyHive opportunities within the private sector.
* Take a leading role in Cornerstone and SkyHive bids and play a key role in contracting.
* Provide deep functional expertise, innovation, and thought leadership to clients across the Cornerstone and learning technology domain, including integrating Cornerstone into the HR technology ecosystem and operating model to drive value.
* Bring a point of view on learning and how Deloitte can deliver recommendations and solutions to help clients navigate current disruptions and meet future needs.
* Plan, scope, and shape major learning technology projects, including the design, build, implementation, and testing phases.
* Lead major learning projects to drive global HR transformation, focusing on transforming the functions and people processes of some of the world’s largest organisations across all industries in the private sector.
* Lead multi‑disciplinary workstreams of Consultants, Senior Consultants, Managers, and Senior Managers to deliver against client objectives.
* Demonstrate a clear understanding of the firm’s commitment to creating a more inclusive culture.
* Operate as a role model by showcasing leadership behaviours and identifying and building capability within the HR Advisory practice.
* Establish deep working relationships with Deloitte HR Technology teams to collaborate on go‑to‑market initiatives, as well as with external learning technology vendors.
Candidate Requirements
* Proven track record of managing the successful delivery of large, complex programmes on time and within budget.
* Experience delivering Cornerstone implementations, including hands‑on configuration.
* Demonstrated ability to lead client sales cycles by actively responding to RFPs and proactively building pipelines within key accounts.
* Comprehensive understanding of the strategic and functional drivers of the Learning function and Learning technology ecosystem, along with the value it brings to organisations.
* Experience in Learning process design and implementation, incorporating technology. Ideally includes organisational design, service delivery models, and shared services.
* Deep understanding of the learning technology market, including LMS, LXPs, and Content Libraries.
* Awareness of AI functionality and its role in skills‑based processes.
* Experience managing change within an HR or business environment, either in another consulting firm or in‑house.
* Strong facilitation, communication, and data analysis skills, with the ability to influence others effectively.
* Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and navigate complex and diverse client scenarios, maintaining a focus on high‑quality delivery through others, even in high‑pressure, time‑critical situations.
* Acute awareness of risk management and the ability to manage risks associated with people, processes, systems, change, and commercials.
* Demonstrated role model behaviour in leading innovative ideas and establishing eminence in the market.
Personal Independence
Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints (e.g., in relation to any financial interests and employment relationships). This can mean that you and your “Immediate Family Members” are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm).
