Job Description
* Manage and maintain the organisation's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
* Assist in the deployment of new systems and upgrades to existing infrastructure.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the secure and efficient operation of technology systems.
* Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
* Document technical processes and create user guides where necessary.
* Provide technical support and guidance to other departments as required.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT systems and processes.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will:
* Deliver and maintain the cyber elements that underpins programme delivery
* Ensure tasks are prioritised and delivered in accordance with programme requirements.
* Provide technical subject matter expertise for the programme.
* Strong experience of developing and supporting Microsoft servers and enterprise core services (Active Directory, Exchange etc) as well as Azure deployments of these services
* Supporting other Azure platform components and associated troubleshooting
