Reporting to the Revenue Growth & Strategy Manager, the position provides analytical, data‑driven insight and operational support to help optimise pricing, promotions, pack architecture, and channel performance.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide analytical support on pricing, pack architecture, promotions, and customer investment
* Monitor category, customer, and competitor data to identify risks, opportunities and trends
* Deliver monthly revenue performance dashboards and reporting, highlighting key drivers of growth and profitability
* Support the execution of RGM initiatives within Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and customer reviews
* Contribute to channel‑specific analysis (e.g., Discounters, Convenience, eCommerce, Wholesale) to inform strategic choices
* Assist in building compelling commercial presentations and business cases for internal and customer use
* Provide data and insight to support innovation launches and portfolio optimisation
* Work with Finance to track promotional ROI and ensure investment decisions are aligned to growth objectives
* Support the Manager in identifying portfolio gaps, white space opportunities and pricing strategies
* Partner with Category and Marketing teams to bring shopper and consumer insight into RGM recommendations
* Collaborate with Supply Chain on demand planning inputs and implications of commercial decisions
* Provide ad‑hoc analysis and scenario modelling to support business planning cycles
Position Criteria
* Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing or a related field
* Previous experience in FMCG, retail or a commercial/analytical role desirable (placement year, internship or 1‑2 years' experience)
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and translate into actionable insights
* Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets; experience with Power BI or similar tools advantageous
* Experience working with market data (e.g., Nielsen)
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
* Ambitious, proactive and eager to learn, with a strong interest in building a career in FMCG commercial strategy
