As a Purchasing Manager, you'll help with the organizational objectives of the multiple stores across London.

Qualifications
* Experience in food retail is essential.
* Experience or knowledge in FMCG and buying environment in the food industry.
* Mandarin, Cantonese, or Chinese speaking essential.
* Strong people skills, including mentoring, supporting, and coaching junior and new team members.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to work with personnel of all levels and backgrounds.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Ability to build strong relationships with staff and external suppliers.
* Excellent analytical skills, numeracy, and good attention to detail.
* Highly organised and self‑motivated.
* Flexible attitude to hours of work.
* Good IT skills essential (Microsoft Office).
* Intermediate Excel skills essential.
* Sage experience desirable.
* Excellent leadership skills.
