Job Description
We’re looking for a practical, confident HR Advisor to join the HR team at a large school in North Wembley. This is a fully on-site role, ideal for someone who enjoys being visible, hands-on, and part of a busy working environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Providing day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers and staff
Supporting employee relations matters, including absence, performance, and casework
Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and compliance checks
Updating HR records, contracts, and policies
Ensuring HR processes are followed consistently and in line with employment legislation
Working closely with the HR Director and wider team to keep things running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
CIPD qualified or studying towards CIPD (desirable, not essential)
Strong QBE candidates with solid HR advisory experience welcomed
Comfortable working 5 days per week on-site
Must be local or able to commute easily to North Wembley
Confident communicator with a practical, solutions-focused approach
